Re: 100% tagger design

thanks for the update on this, while it is certainly unfortunate
for us, it sounds like it is a very good thing for IHEP. As a note
of clarification, I presume that this applies only to design and
when we get to the point of being ready to actually build
the tagger, that IHEP is still interested in bidding on that job?
