pair spectrometer

Dear Hrachya,

Liping Gan was so nice to send me some internal documents on the pair
spectrometer used by PRIMEX, actually she was also so nice to happly
accept to answer additional question you might have to the documents.

I have put the documents on my www-page,b ecause sending them by mail
might cause trouble with the mailing programs.
