minutes from 5/1 meeting

I have posted my notes from our online meeting last week on the wiki, 
and in particular, the agenda for our session at the collaboration 
meeting later this week.  I have gone ahead and posted the schedule on 
the meeting agenda page as well.  Please let me know if there are 
oversights or errors.
