Cost for Rogowski

People,

I have taken a cursory look at the increased cost for adding the 
Rogowski contour.

Increased steel - 2cm - 3500lbs - $2500

Increase machining time - 2 days for each pole - 4 days total - $3200

Increased material for vacuum chamber flange - negligible

Even if this number is doubled ($10.4k) it is still only about 1.5 -2% 
of the total cost.
