TDR for pre-brief

Hello Everyone

I now have a first complete version of the TRD ready.
Comments from Curtis, Elton, Richard, and Yves R. have been implemented.

I will make a clean distribution over the weekend and put this version 
on the portal.
I still need to fix some numbers in pair spec section.
I need to make new tar files. The tar files on 
http://www.jlab.org/~jstewart/ are old.

The document will go to the reviewers on Wednesday.
