pair spectrometer

Hello Everyone

I have added a bit more information to the WIKI page for the pair 
spectrometer.
The page now has the assembly drawing and the detail drawings for the 
top and bottom
halves of the 30D72 magnet. I also added some drawings of the magnet 
which I took in a recent visit.
I asked at BNL and there should be drawings of the power supplies 
available if we want to look at them.

While I was at it I linked the electronics drawings from Fernando and my 
spreadsheet for the design.
