diamonds

Dear Guangliang,

as the phone connection to Glasgow is always very bad, here a sumamry on 
what information we want on the diamonds.

1. What diamonds are available.
2. what is the thinning process you want to try
3. what are the cost and time scale for this
4. which diamonds do you want to thin
5. what studies have been done with this diamonds
6. what is the plan to provide Hall D with diamonds for the CHESS run in
    march
    ---> how are they transported to JLab or UConn

and any other information we need to know to understand what is going on.
