Thanks a lot for your prompt reply and comments.
It would be great if Jim or you would be able to help
over. According to the P3E (and Eugene)  we would be
able to spend only about $10k before 2011 (not much at
all), if we decide to test (ship) it earlier.

Regarding the time scale, it depends on the BNL people
and Jim and your schedule/availability. If we can
test it at BNL we can ship it later. Alternatively, we can
ship it to the Jlab and test it here (which propably would be
more difficult); we need to find the storage here anyway.

Anyway, there is no rush at the moment.
