Momentum resolution

Hi Curtis,

    While meeting with Dan, Simon, and Elke yesterday the question came 
up as to what is driving the momentum resolution requirement of the 
GlueX detector. We have been nominally working with the number of ~2%. 
Where does this number come from? Is it a design requirement, or was it 
just a result of the design put into the MCFast simulations? Do we have 
any feel for how this number affects our ability to do PWA?
