Preamp Card Pinout & Cabling

Hello everyone,

    I have updated document 826 (GlueX Preamp Pinout) which outlines the 
pinout for the preamp card, cabling, connectors and STB (Signal 
Translator Boards) and it is generic enough to be applied to both the 
FDC and CDC.

    In the very near future, we should plan to share the schematics and 
design particulars among the two groups.
