I have been looking over this document and have the following comments:

The start counter radius of 6.5 cm will work with the current CDC inner
radius.

ES: good.

CDC 150 cm long in table 3, 175 cm long in table 4

ES: Changed table 4 downstream active volume to 167 cm, downstream gas
plenum to 177 cm.


I don't believe the positioning accuracy of the CDC sense wires could be
10um

ES: CDC should review their requirements for positioning accuracy.

FCAL Radius should be 1200mm or 120cm

ES: Fcal radius set to 120 cm.

Also, on the CDC , the outer shell thickness shows 1.02 cm. This will
probably be on the order of 2mm.

ES: Changed outer shell to 0.2 cm and 0.06 radiation lengths. Note that
dimensions should be reviewed and/or units changed.
