mini review results




Dear all,

even if we have not yet got the final recommendations from the review I
would like to give a small summary on the recommendations.
I will of course send the recommendations around as soon as I have them.

We got congratulated for the nice presentations and I can only agree with
Howard and Larry the talks have been very nice.
We got strong endorsement that the cathode strip design we have chosen is
the correct design, especially after the enormous material reduction
since the chamber review in March 2007.

The one point which was pointed out again like in the review in march 2007
is that we need to still work on our motivation for the design parameters.
Meaning we have to show that this design parameters allow us to achieve
the goal to extract a exotic particle with a cross section of 1% of the
total hadronic cross section corresponding to 8.5 to 9.5 GeV linearly
polarized real photons.

I think we have to concentrate our preparations for the march review
seriously on this item. Of course there are some other items which need to
be addressed as well.

I would really like to thank everybody for the hard work.
