CDC Document

Dear Colleagues -


     I have posted a new version of the CDC description to the 
GlueX portal as document 990. Yves and I still need to add material
on the prototype resolution, but we are waiting for results made
with the new electronics. I have no doubt that this document will
be tweaked over the next couple of weeks, but I wanted to get 
the initial version off my plate so I could move forward to other
documents.
