New FDC TDR document posted

I have updated the FDC TDR on the GlueX portal.  The document is
GlueX-doc-754-v4.  Let me know if you have any comments or questions.
If you have new drawings to replace old/out-dated versions, please
let me know (attention: Chuck, Brian, Tim, Simon, Bill).
