Tracking meeting today

Hi Folks,

   This is a reminder of this morning's tracking meeting at 11:00am 
Newport News time. The primary focus is to discuss what additional 
simulation tools and studies are needed to both get us through CD-3 and 
finalize lingering design issues. The wiki page for the meeting can be

The current list of simulation/reconstruction projects (in no particular 
order) is below. We will discuss what else needs to be on this list, 
what the priorities are, and what the time line needs to be.
