timelines for the review
Dear all,
just to keep everybody on the same page.
The agenda and charge will be discussed on Friday. But we need to set some
time-lines so we can meet our goals.
the review is 19th of February, with close out on the morning of the 20th.
this means final versions of the talks have to be with me and Elton on the
17th at lunch to allow us to print them and prepare folders for the
referees.
we need dry runs and from the chamber review last march the experience
tells at least 2 rounds. so the first round should take place the week of
the 4th of February, details on when this week will be discussed in the
calo meeting.
the second round is the following week (starting 11th of February).
The pre-brief material has to be at least 1 week prior to the review with
the reviewers. This means as deadline also the 11th of February.
