Calorimeter CDR Document Status

Please find two documents:
1.  GX_calorimetry.pdf
2.  BC_calorimetry.pdf

GX_calorimetry.pdf - is the overall introduction to the
calorimetry document with physics motivation, kinematics
and performance metrics.

BC_calorimetry.pdf - is the BCAL section of the document.
I incorporated comments and suggestions from Elton, George
and Zisis.  A little more work is needed but this is getting 'most
of the way there.'

We may want to think about incorporating Carl Zorn's
nice note on SiPM (GlueX-doc-961-v1) as an appendix  or make
it available to the reviewers.
