Re: pre-brief and talks

Hi Elke:

I incorporated the changes/improvements we discussed today and Elton,
Alex and I had a teleconference and we ironed out the numbers to use.  I
don't foresee any more changes to my presentation and I posted the
latest version v4.  I suggest that when you make folders for the
committee you don't include the back up copies.

all the pre-brief went right now to the reviewers.

I would like to remind all the speakers I need the final talks till
Sunday
17th at lunch time so I have enough time to prepare folders with copies
of
all the talks.

Thanks to everybody for all the work, but especially Alex keeping up
with
all our last minute changes to the document.
