small changes made to CDR Sections 1 and 2

Dear Elke

Between 7 and 9 pm yesterday, Beni came in with several corrections
for Sections 1 and 2.  I made the changes and uploaded the two new
PDF files to:
http://dustbunny.physics.indiana.edu/~dzierba/CDR_Calorimeter

The changes correct what a reasonable reader would recognize as
a misplaced comment or an obvious typo, for example in several
cases a dittography.

If the reviewers have not yet been pointed to document files, it
might be good to move the modified PDF's from the above web site.
