Calorimeter CDR - Revised Intro Talk

Dear Friends

Twp items:

1.  Calorimeter CDR
Although the CDR Calorimeter document has been given to the Review
Committee I will still make updates.  So if you feel so inclined, this weekend
you can printout out one of the sections, kick back, read it and make
comments and pass them on to me.  The goal is to have these documents
along with those being prepared for other reviews (e.g. tracking/PID) to
be part of the new GlueX Design Report.

2.  Revised version of my talk
I just updated a revised version of my talk.  I added two slides - one, a
primer on amplitude analysis and another on BCAL by way of introducing
George's talk.  I also added some references.
