Re: [GlueX] Cable lengths

The cables are two-ended lemo. I think when we last priced these they
had gone up to something like $20 a connector. JLab paid for both the
manpower and cable ends to refurbish 2500 cables for the FCAL. (Of
course, they fit the fADC -- or else we're complete idiots!) That job
is done and the total cost was probably around $100K. You probably
don't want to redo them now to make them 14 feet shorter. Note that
we still need to purchase and refurbish an additional 300. This
should be in your budget somewhere.
