Preparing for the Calorimeter Review CDR

Hi Curtis

Thanks for posting the calorimeter review CDR document sections
and source on the GlueX portal.  Since a number of people worked fairly
hard on this document, I wanted to make sure credit is given where
it is due.

The document had five sections:

1 - Physics and Performance Metrics
This was written by Alex
2 - BCAL
This was a combination of work by George, Zisis and Alex
3 - SiPM
This is the work of Carl, George and Zisis
4 - FCAL
The original version was written by Beni and later modified
and added to by Matt and Alex
5- Simulations
This was written by Matt with Mihlajlo doing much of the actual
simulation work.

Alex was the overall editor for the document.  Comments were made
by Beni, Elke, Elton, George, Matt and Zisis.  Work started on a outline
in mid-December and early versions of the five sections appeared
starting in early January with a two-week intense period of
'back-and-forth' taking place in the three weeks prior to Feb 11.
