CDC-FDC support rails

Hi All,

The plan is to attach the  supporting rail for the FDC/CDC directly to 
the inner 8mm aluminum plate of the BCAL. This would be at the 90° and 
270° wedges. There would be blind screw holes every 9 inches or so in 
the plate. The total weight supported by the rails will be under 1000 
lbs (500 lbs ea). This puts the shear stress in the bond joint under 1 
psi. The wedges will be supported by the adjacent wedges below. Some
