Working group meeting Fri Mar 21 1:00 pm

Hi all,

The schedule has been completely filled and there is no overlap between
Regina and Athens folks. We need to have a meeting next week (week
following is the DC/PID review), so I propose that we meet next Friday at
1:00 ET. I have place a preliminary draft on the wiki, but please update
it with topics that need discussion.
