Hi George,

As far as your discussion over the BCAL wedge drawings with Alberta 
goes, I believe the following points should be discussed;

1. Are tolerances given on drawings achievable?
2. Will additional tooling holes be required?
3. Would it be better to machine the outside face features of the 
aluminum (1.25 inch thick) before layup?
4. How much extra material on the aluminum plates is required before 
machining?
5. How will they handle the wedges before and after machining?
6. Will the inner aluminum plate need to be machined after layup?

I am sure there are more, but this is a good start.
