cal meeting, SiPMs

Dear collaborators,

We will need to make a decision on which cell (A35H / A20H) to be used in
the arrays which will be produced by SensL. In order to minimize the time
for the working group meeting per se, I suggest that we have a "post
discussion on SiPMs". I have updated the agenda accordingly.
