systematic shift in reconstructed Z

Hey,

While going doing some recalibration of the BCAL, I noticed that there
is a systematic shift in the reconstructed Z position from the thrown Z
position which has been wrecking my calibrations. I've attached a plot
of the difference in reconstructed Z - generated Z as a function of
generated Z [recZgenZ4m.png].

 m_genZ[i] = trueShowers[i]->z;

 and

m_reconZ[i] = bcalClust[i]->z;

return values approximately 8cm different over the length of the BCAL,
Any thoughts? Where can I fix this?
