Re: robot for circuit boards

Hi Elke

The idea was to explore whether DOE university funds controlled
by Brad could be used to reimburse JLab for the $10K (depreciated
value) of the robotics.  If you think this is worth pursuing I will
call Brad first thing Monday morning..
