receiver/shaper board conversion for use with GAS-1 & 18m cable

Hi Fernando,
	Much delayed (sorry), I got together the information about the 
receiver/shaper board changes. It was delayed a little because I thought 
I was getting inconsistent test results (compared to some of my earlier 
measurements w/ the preamp board) - but I think I was just confused.
	Yves has a board with exactly this setup (except for the termination of 
the 8 extra lines). I have another now. I'll send you parts to do 
Simon's two boards, okay?
	The changes are described, and a new schematic pdf is shown, in the 
receiver/shaper board document, GlueX-doc-736-v3.
