timelines for the review
Hall D Electronics:
Dear all,
as time is unfortunately running much faster than we all want here some
time lines so we get all the work done for the system review.

you find a very very very preliminary agenda for the review, titles and
time for the talks represent just ideas. Also some topics to be covered in
this talks are listed.
As I mentioned yesterday the review is currently scheduled the week of
the 12th of May.
This impact on when we need to send out pre-brief material.
---> Deadline final presentations to elke 8th close-of-business
---> Deadline pre-brief material to reviewers: 5th of May
---> Deadline pre-brief material to Hall-D group to read: 28th of April
Pre-brief material:
I will list below what we need and some suggestions of people which should
be the main editors of the document.
1. Trigger ----> Dave D., Chris C. Sasha S.
we should describe the layout of the trigger rates, suppression factors
of backgrounds, hardware realization of it
2. DAQ ----> Graham, Dave A.
what is and what can CODA-3 do
3. Online ----> Elliot, Marc
slowcontrol, monitoring, integration
4. electronics ----> Fernando
descriptions of all the major modules and the clock distribution
5. Civil
100% drawings and space document
6. assembly
100% drawings of all the detectors and infrastructure and assembly
procedures :) :) just joking Tim
7. Safety
our detector safety document ??????
I think we need first layouts of this documents till latest the 11th of
April.
We will start the first week of dry runs 21st of April.
Unfortunately the time is very short, but I'm sure we make it we are all
already review pro's
