Interposer

Hi Fernando,

I recieved the new interposer, thanks a lot. I tested it and behold: 
channels 2,3, and 4 are working again! BUT channel 16 is still dead. Maybe 
it's the pre-amplifier as this is the only piece since I saw these dead 
channels that wasn't changed. For completeness if the old CLAS preAmp is 
used then all 16 channels are alive.
