some small suggestions to the electronics wiki page

Dear Fernando,

I want to use your beautiful electronics wiki page as pre-brief material.
I looked through it in detail and have some minor changes to suggest.
I could implement them myself, but I find that not appropriate as it is
your page, you should agree to the changes. If you agree to them I'm of
course happy to put them in.

Here are my suggestions:

1. move the section about grounding before or after system diagrams

2. move the section about "signal integrity" before cable systems

3. please put for
   Trigger Overview: L1 Trigger Overview
   the following link
http://argus.phys.uregina.ca/gluex/DocDB/0010/001038/001/HallD_Level_1_OverviewV3.doc
so we all use the same version of this document.

4. page 1 of GlueX-doc-660 is out of date completely

5. than GlueX-doc-995 GlueX-doc-660 GlueX-doc-967 GlueX-doc-966
   are all for the fdc and cdc which is fine but I would indicate this by
   making each time a sub-bullet CDC and FDC and than the documents.
   such we can add documents if we have them for the other sub-detectors
   as well
