Hi Elke,

Thanks for the suggestions. I have improved the documentation flow and 
you were absolutely right - it makes more sense this way.

The L1 Trigger Overview document already existed as GlueX-doc-1017 and a 
new version was just added as 1038. I suggest that people search the 
database before adding new documents to avoid duplication and confusion 
later. You may want to delete GlueX-doc-1017.
