Moving permanent magnets to JLab from Fermilab

To all permanent magnet lovers,

When do we want to think about moving the FNAL magnets to JLab?

Shipping probably isn't much; 5 ton load, 4m x 2m x 0.5m or so, a few $K I
imagine.

We shouldn't wait too long, but we don't want to move them if we'll never use
them.

Under what circumstances would we decide that the moving cost (the "opportunity
cost", if I recall my high school economics) is worth the risk that we won't use
them?

Just want to start us thinking about this...

				Sincerely,
					Elliott
