Dear Hall D Collaborators

We plan to dedicate the meeting next week to reviewing the proposal by
Fernando and ED for a F1 TDC prototype board.

For this to be a useful exercise, we need at least the following
people to be present: Dave Doughty, Chris Cuevas, Dave Abbott (in
addition to Fernando and Ed) need to be there. Please let me know ASAP if
you cannot make it.

Please let me know who else should attend.
