DRAFT in progress for Hall D profile

Hello Hall Ders,

In order to start discussions, I have placed a VERY PRELIMINARY draft of a
profile for Hall D startup at

This can serve as a basis for input from various groups, as well as
discussions during the day. As input is provided, we can update the table.
