Shielding blocks available.

Dear collaborators,

See the note below offering shielding blocks, which could be used for Hall 
D. I spoke to Chris Reno this morning. They are trying to find somewhere 
to place slightly activated blocks. These are similar to the "green 
blocks" we obtained many years ago for the CEBAF construction. 

Their most common size is 10 tons at $1/block + transportation. At this 
time they might even be willing to store them temporarily and pay for 
shipping. What a deal!

Chris will send me more information regarding sizes/activation/handling 
etc.

We need to get an estimate of the total amount that we might require, so 
they can plan for production next year.

Suresh and Pavel: Can you get an estimate of how much steel we might need
for civil construction?

As mentioned at Wednesday's STL meeting Chris Reno from Duratek called
regarding his urgent need to identify an outlet for 100 - 10 ton shield
blocks (slightly activated). He may be willing to modify the blocks from
their standard size/shape/tolerance to a different spec. Chris's phone
