Updated portal documents, Interesting report

GlueXers,

I updated 3 documents on the GlueX portal:

Doc-412: replaced gas cerenkov with DIRC

Doc-413: replaced gas cerenkov with DIRC

Doc-416: minor changes to electronics workshop minutes incorporating 
comments from Elton and Elliott.



I came across this quite interesting report:

"LBNL report of the vetting review of the GRETINA project"

They are slightly ahead of GlueX; they passed DOE CD-0 in August 2003 
and CD-1 in early 2004.

There are a lot of comments about interface documents, risk management, 
contigency, WBS, FTE profiles, management, contingency, funding 
profiles, etc...

The committee recommended the collaboration consider cPCI for their 
electronics.
