[GlueX] end of GlueX/BCAL test run (fwd)

I am forwarding Zisis' thank you to everyone that has supported the Bcal
test run. Everyone has worked extremely hard to support this effort and
make it a success.

Please note a small party at the residence facility at 3 pm this afternoon

Subject: [GlueX] end of GlueX/BCAL test run

Hello gentlemen:

as a result of excellent beam delivery from the accelerator and some
streamlining of our program, we project that we will be done with the
beam tests by noon tomorrow (Friday).  Certainly, the hall can be
opened a this time to allow for advanced TPE activities. From noon
tomorrow until Sunday morning we plan to take cosmic runs, after which
disassembly of the PMTs will commence, with take-down of the BCAL and
support already planned for Monday.

I would like to take this as an opportunity to thank all of you and
your people for the phenomenal hospitality that GlueX received in
Hall-B and at JLab.  On behalf of our collaboration I wish to express
our gratitude for the cooperation, the availability of experts to
assist us, and the general good will.

We are planning an end-of-run party at the Residence Facility tomorrow
afternoon at 3pm.  You are cordially invited to attend.
