Hall D Monte Carlo for Linux

Hi,

I have updated the MC repository and created a new webpage for
installing the simulation programs. A link can be found at:
 	http://www.phys.cmu.edu/halld/MCS/

I believe Scott and I have worked out all of the kinks, and he has
successfully installed the all of the Monte Carlo programs on his
RH6.0 Linux box.  Please let me know of any problems and of
any suggested improvements.
