Hall D and ICALEPCS 2003

Hi,

The ICALEPCS controls conference covers much more than just EPICS technology, see the 
agenda at:

It looks very interesting and relevent to the running of Hall D.  I believe it is well 
worth it to have a Hall D member or two attend, despite the long distance.  ICALEPCS 
happens every 1 1/2 - 2 years.
