Make install now default


Hi Hall-D Software types,

    I just committed a change to the repository that causes the install 
target to be used when make is invoked without specifying a target. This 
means you do not need to type "make install" anymore and can just type 
"make" and it will automatically install. If you want to make the 
library/executable without installing it, use "make all".

    To get this change, you will need to update your src/BMS directory.
