new FDC cable geometry

Hi All,
I just committed a new geometry file for the FDCs "ForwardDC_HDDS.xml"
that has the FDC cables running upstream over the CDC out of the 
solenoid gap.

For the BCAL studies there is a file "BarrelEMcal_HDDS.xml_3x3" to be used
for the 3x3 inner readout. Just copy "BarrelEMcal_HDDS.xml_3x3" into
"BarrelEMcal_HDDS.xml" or do it as a symbolic link and do a
make hddsGeant3.F - you may want to save the orignial "BarrelEMcal_HDDS.xml"
file that has the 4x6 readout implemented -
That will generate the geometry code and then you copy the resulting 
file hddsGeant3.F
into $HALLD_HOME/src/programs/Simulation/HDGeant/ and recompile hdgeant.

The proper assignments for module, layer and sector are automatically taken
care of by the auto-geneated subroutines in the geometry file hddsGeant3.F
that are used in the hdgeant detector routines that keep track of the hits.
