Move gxtwist

Hi All,

    It was brought to my attention today that there are now more than 1 
customer for the gxtwist program. FYI: gxtwist is used for simulation of 
the tagger building in the way hdgeant is used for simulation of the 
experimental hall. The source code for gxtwist currently lives in the 
"trunk" directory in the top of our repository. I would like to move 
this into the trunk/src/programs/Simulation directory next to HDGeant. 
It is a 1 line svn command that I will be happy to do, but would like to 
make sure there are no serious objections first.

At the same time, I would like to implement a couple of other changes:

1. Rename the hddsGeant.F file to something like hddsGeant3_tagger.F to 
help distinguish it from the similarly named hddsGeant3.F file used for 
HDGeant.

2. Implement a make model like the one used in HDGeant. Namely, rename 
the original Makefile to Makefile.orig and implement a BMS makefile. I 
believe this would provide more consistency across the code repository 
while maintaining the stand-alone build option as we currently do for 
HDGeant.
