Software Reports at Collaboration meeting

Hi Folks,

    As promised at last week's software meeting, here is a proposed 
agenda for the software section of the upcoming collaboration meeting. 
Everything about this is tentative and up for discussion. The names were 
chosen based on recent work in that particular subsystem. For instance 
Beni's recent work with the HDGeant geometry and Simon's recent work on 
the Kalman filter.

    I have omitted some topics were there has not been recent, 
significant work that has either been reported at a meeting or checked 
into the repository.

    Please have a look and reply with any comments or suggestions.
