Software Meeting Schedule

Hi All,

    It turns out that there are 3 key people who each have schedule 
conflicts with at least one of the 13:00, 14:00, and 15:00 suggested 
meeting times for the Software meeting. As such, I think it is time to 
pull out the scheduler to see if we can find an open spot before forcing 
one of them to be excluded.

    The scheduler has been set up at the URL below. If you plan on 
participating in the bi-weekly Software meetings, please take a moment 
to fill out the schedule for the times you are UNAVAILABLE for a regular 
meeting.
