>2GB files

Hi Folks,

As discussed at the offline meeting this week, I've modified BMS to
include the -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 argument as suggested by Richard in
order to overcome the 2GB file size limit. This was added to
src/BMS/Makefile.common and therefore propagates to all of our Hall-D
software. I checked that this worked on Linux and verified that before
the fix, the output hddm file from hdgeant truncated at 2^31-1 bytes and
with the fixed went up to at least 3GB before I killed it.
Interestingly, there seemed to be no 2GB limit on Mac OS X when I ran
hdgeant without the fix. Adding it had no effect on OS X so the change
is not done in a platform dependent way.
