   Dear Elke,

  You are absolutely right for the timing of our PrimEx proposal to be
  submitted to the GlueX collaboration for review. We are trying our best
  to come up with the first draft to pass for discussions soon. We are
  still in the process of running several Monte Carlo simulations,
  hope we will finish them by Sunday evening and submit our fist draft
  by Monday morning.
