Dear all,

I was just wondering there is already a draft of the proposal to look to.
We have the 3rd today and the reminder today said 15th of december for
submission. To give people in the colaboration with the last week of
classes and upcoming travel enough time, I think we shoudl see the
proposal very soon, like this week.
Because I think there needs also to be time to implement suggestions.

Based on the temperature difference between liquid hydrogen and helium
(20K vs. 4K), the additional heat load from a radiative standpoint would
be about 28%. This assumes the same volume for each target.I spoke with
Dave Kashy and he said they do not use more than 1 g/s of liquid He for
cooling in hall B for either type of target. I believe this should be no
problem.
