more on time-of-flight systematics

Hi,

I've attached a plot of the resolution in the difference between the true
flight time to either the BCAL or the TOF and the reconstructed time using
the path length for 1.0 GeV/c pions and protons. For particles in the
barrel I find that there is no difference between pions and protons at
this momentum, but the resolution is a factor of 2 worse for protons in
the forward region.
